Chace Architecture’s Gloucester Beach House project was just awarded the 2015 Restoration Award by the Gloucester Historical Commission. Congratulations to the owner’s for their vision of the potential in the project. We didn’t necessarily set out with the goal of restoring a historical property, but I am honored that our efforts did not go unnoticed. It is an affirmation that refined design, and quality craftsmanship, are recognized and not necessarily bound to any one particular style or time in history.
